From Apple Orchards to Eco-Friendly Solutions. Let’s Talk
Natural insulation panels for temperature control and moisture management. Himjoy Bio-Tiles are eco-friendly insulation and filtration panels made from recycled apple orchard biomass, designed to improve thermal comfort while replacing synthetic and plastic-based materials.
Bio-Tiles are manufactured from compressed apple tree pruning waste using a chemical-free binding process to create lightweight yet sturdy insulation panels. These tiles regulate indoor temperature by reducing heat transfer, absorbing excess moisture, and improving indoor air comfort.
They are widely used in nurseries, greenhouses, poultry sheds, storage rooms, farm buildings and eco-homes as an alternative to plastic sheets, thermocol and synthetic insulation boards. Bio-Tiles gradually decompose after long-term use, returning safely to soil without harming the environment.
By repurposing orchard biomass, Himjoy Bio-Tiles help reduce plastic waste, lower construction emissions, and prevent agricultural waste burning.
